        6 Pears provides software development, AI/ML engineering, product design, and consulting services. Specifics are defined in individual Statements of Work.

        3. Intellectual Property

        All website content is property of 6 Pears Ltd. Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom deliverables. 6 Pears retains ownership of proprietary frameworks and tooling.

        4. Payment

        • 30–50% deposit required before commencement.
        • Remaining balance due on agreed milestones.
        • Late payments may incur 1.5% monthly interest.

        5. Confidentiality

        Both parties agree to keep proprietary information confidential for 3 years post-engagement.

        6. Limitation of Liability

        6 Pears is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the prior 3 months.

        7. Termination

        Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. 6 Pears may terminate immediately for material breach or non-payment.

        8. Governing Law

        These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved by LCIA arbitration in London.
